When will my card be charged?

A: When you place your order, it will go through a verification cycle that may take 24-48 hrs. Please be patient during this time aswe do it for your protection . Once verified the order is accepted and immediately shipped. We will notify you through an email onthis acceptance. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with all details.

Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship internationally to all the countries of the world, except a few countries where fraud risk is high like the centralafrican countries, myanmar, vietnam If you think you may be from a country that we will reject an order from, please contact oursupport department.

How do you ship orders and how long does it take?

A: It costs $25.00 and it usually takes between 3 to 5 working days for delivery by FedEx and it costs $10.00 and it usually takes between 5 to 7 working days for delivery by Airmail.As it's written in our refund policy, if your order is not reaching the delivery address in this timeframe you can ask fora money refund policy.

Will I get a tracking number after the order is shipped?

A: Yes, when your order is shipped you will receive an email confirming this and providing you with a tracking number.

What if my order is delayed at customs?

A: If your order is held up at customs and you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will reship your order at ourexpense or if you cannot wait for the reshipment we may return your money.

A: If you are missing part of the order it was most likely sent in more than one package and you will receive it in the next coupleof days. In any case, please contact us and we will find out the reason and reship the missing pills if needed.
